1 General Terms and Definitions

In this document, "Platform" refers to the l444bet.cam website and all services connected to it. "User" or "Member" refers to any person who has registered with l444 or is using its services. "We" or "Administration" refers to the l444 management team.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts shall apply. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable by a court, the remaining parts shall remain fully in effect.

• These rules are written in Bengali and this shall be considered the final version.
• l444 reserves the right to change these terms at any time — details are given in Section 12.
• Using any part of the service will be considered acceptance of these terms.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account with l444, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide your full name, an active mobile number and accurate personal details at the time of registration.
• Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.
• If the information provided at registration is found to be false or incomplete, the account may be cancelled at any time.
• l444 may request documents from a member at any time for identity verification.

After registration, all activities on your account are entirely your own responsibility. You can visit the FAQ section for any information related to your account.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details, password and OTP completely confidential. l444 will never ask for your password or OTP by phone or email.

• Allowing any third party to use your account is prohibited.
• Any unauthorised access must be reported to our support team immediately.
• If your account credentials are lost or stolen, change your password immediately.
• l444 will not be responsible for any unauthorised transactions on your account.
• Your data is kept secure using SSL encryption; however, the usual risks of the internet remain the member's own responsibility.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The minimum deposit amount at l444 is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. The following methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and other major banks

Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, if identity verification is pending, the withdrawal may be delayed.

• Withdrawal requests must be made using the same method as the deposit.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same account from which the deposit was made.
• Cryptocurrency or any other method is not supported.
• l444 reserves the right to temporarily suspend the withdrawal process in the case of suspicious transactions.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

l444's welcome bonus is a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,200, giving a balance of ৳2,200; the wagering requirement for this bonus will be ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000.

• Bonuses apply only to registered and verified accounts.
• Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the account will be cancelled and the bonus forfeited.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Terms for other offers, including the VIP weekly cashback, will be communicated separately and will also fall under this general bonus policy.
• Each promotion has its own validity period; any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled after the period expires.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

l444 offers various game categories including slots, live casino, sports betting, crash games and Teen Patti. Each game has its own rules and RTP.

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Results caused by technical errors will be considered void.
• If cheating or the use of unauthorised software is proven in any game result, winnings will be forfeited.
• l444 reserves the right to change odds in sports betting; the odds at the time the bet is accepted are final.
• In multi-bet or accumulator bets, if all selections are not correct, the entire bet will be lost.
• Maximum win limits are set according to specific game categories.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on l444. Violating these prohibitions may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance in the account:

• Selling, transferring or renting your account to another person.
• Playing games or placing bets using bots, automated scripts or artificial intelligence.
• Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses.
• Using the platform as a means of money laundering or transferring illegal funds.
• Intentionally exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Collecting other members' information or attempting to access their accounts.
• Unauthorised copying or distribution of platform content.

8 Responsible Gaming Policy

l444 believes that gambling or betting should be for entertainment purposes only. We advise all members to play in a controlled and responsible manner. A detailed responsible gaming guide is available on our platform.

• Members can set their own daily, weekly or monthly betting limits.
• You can take a self-exclusion break at any time — from 24 hours up to a longer-term break.
• Allowing anyone under 21 to play is strictly prohibited.
• If signs of gambling addiction appear, the member should contact our support team immediately.
• Never play with money you cannot afford to lose.

9 Privacy and Personal Data

10 Account Suspension and Closure

l444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• If the identity or information provided is proven to be false.
• If evidence of bonus fraud or any other form of deception is found.
• Upon instruction from a legal authority.
• Due to prolonged inactivity (no transactions for more than 12 months).

If a member wishes to voluntarily close their account, they may apply through our support team. If a valid balance remains and wagering requirements have been met, withdrawal will be permitted.

11 Limitation of Liability

l444 is committed to providing the highest quality service. However, l444 will not be directly liable in the following circumstances:

• If the service is disrupted due to internet connection issues, power cuts or device-related problems.
• If a transaction is delayed or fails due to a third-party payment gateway.
• If account information is compromised due to the member's own negligence or error.
• If the service is unavailable due to force majeure events such as natural disasters or government orders.

In any circumstance, l444's maximum liability will not exceed the member's account balance.

12 Changes to Terms

l444 reserves the right to partially or fully change these terms and conditions at any time. Regarding changes:

• Notice will be posted on the website at least 7 days before any significant change takes effect.
• Continuing to use the service after the notice will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• If you do not agree with the changed terms, you may request to close your account.
• Always check the last updated date shown at the top of this page.
